Byron Bay Blues Festival.

Every April over the Eater long weekend, Tyagarah Tee Tree Farm, hosts Blues Fest. 11 minutes from Byron Bay, and over 100,000 ticket sold, its a huge event on the Byron Bay music calendar. People come from all over the world to listen to blues artists such as, Michael Franti and the Spearheads, Nikki Hill, Xavier Rudd, Gary Clark Jr and Paul Kelly to name a few. There are 7 performance stages, 5 bars, 50+ market stalls, 40+ food stalls, a tent city. All held on 120 hectares over 5 days. It always rains, but nobody cares, every one there is having a good time and listening to great music.
Byron Bay bursts at the seems, and if your a local not attending the festival, then you usually stay at home. Byron wouldn't have it any other way, and loves the great vibe Blues Fest brings to the area.
